Do you know your love language?
Love language is based on the idea that there are certain ways (broken down into 5 categories) in which we show love to our spouse or dating partner and because of that, we expect love to be shown back to us in those same ways. Obviously if we and our spouse/dating partner don't show and expect the same things, this can lead to conflict. The 5 basic love languages are being widely used by counselors to help couples understand each other and see areas where they are compatible or different in how they show love to each other.
